The area around the property is dirty. The staff were pleasant and the room was clean. Beds were comfy as well. The breakfast (eggs and sausage) was very salty. But a nice selection for a free breakfast. Best choice to stay in Corning and right off of the freeway which is super convenient.

Front desk lady was amazing, I wish I could remember her name. She'll be the reason we come back and the reason I am sending my mom on a relaxing night on Mother's Day! That Jacuzzi in the rom will be perfect for her.

Most was good. Our issue was they never cleaned our room. The first day we didn’t leave any sign and our room wasn’t cleaned. I called and they brought us clean towels. The second day we left the sign out to be cleaned. When we got back, the sign had been moved to the inside, but the room hadn’t been cleaned. We went to the desk. We told him our room hadn’t been cleaned again. He said they only clean rooms every other day. He would have them clean the next morning. I said we are leaving. I let him know I was frustrated and he said I could speak to the manager in the morning. He gave us clean towels again. He came back and said we had our do not disturb sign out. I told him that was strange because someone had put it inside and did not clean. It was not posted that they only clean every other day.

Things broken and not working. Front desk not there. Fitness room treadmill missing key. After spending 15 minutes to find it staff found in a drawer. Entered on treadmill. Treadmill gives error message. Won’t work. So went to other machine . Tried TV - not working either. Said not connected to Source. Waste of time would not call this a BW plus
