Beautiful spot which we enjoyed exploring. Hotel was lovely- we had a ground floor riverside room which we were so pleased with- however the corridoor absolutley stank- it smelt like vomit! Coppa club resturant was in a lovely location. We booked dinner out in the terrace and was sat on a table behind the service area. The area we booked to enjoy the amazing view was obstructed by the messy service area which was a bit disappointing

The night before your arrival, a guest accidentally spilled milk on the carpet, and the product fermented, causing an unpleasant smell. We had to perform a deep carpet cleaning, and the issue has now been resolved.I hope this isolated incident has not left a negative impression and I hope to welcome you back soon. Lovely area - Shame about the noise

I stayed here for one night while away on business. After a long journey and day I looking forward to relaxing at the Hotel. I know The Swan well so knew it would be peaceful and safe being a solo female traveller. The room was clean but the noise in the room was awful, i believe this to be because of the fans outside. It felt and sounded like I was on an aeroplane, I didn’t sleep well at all, I tried to call reception but no answer. Very upsetting when the hotel isn’t cheap.

Room 49 has noisy fan all the time, Room 39 smells of weed Room 3 hear the end of the corridor bang every 5 mins. Staff in resturant having to keep chasing for drinks
