“Location on the Country Club Plaza is this property’s greatest strength. We have been going here for 60 years and it is not the excellent place it once was . I was told by a bell they just cannot get workers— service was lacking. The room was nice but I so wanted to tell management to have housekeeping to take a brush to the base of the faucets in the bathrooms, etc. - grimy! Hallways cd use sprucing up! Decor in the lobby and main floor not attractive— just looked neglected. Pool was very……

“Overall speaking, this hotel is good. The worst part was the 2 breakfast boxes we purchased. We found the cheese & egg sandwiches were moldy terribly until we almost finished them. That was really GROSS! But the airport shuttle bus service was AWESOME. ”
