The pool is closed, and they are remodeling and didn’t say anything until I got woke up by loud music from workers in the hall.

Checked into room and found beer bottle sitting on vanity, trash in can. Returned to front desk and they assured me I was the only one checked into the room but couldn’t explain bottle/trash. Discovered no towels or shower curtain in bathroom while in tub. Man opened door with key walked into room while I was exiting the bathtub. I screamed and he left. No one seemed to know who he was. I suspected that maybe he was one of construction workers. Staff said they did not have key access to the room. Hammering from construction continued late. Second attempt was made by someone to enter room but security latch was on. Broken glass entry door and broken key card entry to hallway. TV controls didn’t work. Under renovation. Would consider closing if cannot control room access. Nightmare experience…requested refund as I slept very little.
