Very loud when people are in hallways and closing doors. Not soundproof rooms. Pool was over crowded (said max 10 people on the sign) no one was checking and water very dirty. Very inconvenient that you have to ask reception for pool towels, doesn’t say anywhere where the pool is, had to ask another hotel guest..
practical location but wouldn’t go back.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. For pool towels, we give them to you at reception because unfortunately, customers overused and took up to 4 towels for one person. It is certain that during busy periods like this weekend the swimming pool is always very busy and the water becomes less clear. Rest assured that our tests are done and that the water was within standards.As for soundproofing, several of you mentioned it to us this weekend. Normally we don't get these kinds of comments. It’s even the opposite that happens. We will investigate the causes of this inconvenience.Thank you again for your feedback and we apologize for not delivering the Times experience as it should.

Room has a very weird smell. Building is under construction and our room has some stains and something in the carpet! Eww. The person at the desk was friendly and hotel seems busy but definitely not worth the price in this condition especially!

Overall it is good. The staff is warm and friendly, the swimming pool is small but clean. The room is quiet.
