"We wanted a summer getaway and this was a perfect place to stay since we didn’t plan to stay inside. It is small but not uncomfortable small. Futon was comfortable as was the bed. We had a family get away and didn’t “party”. Our neighbors were extremely respectful. The yard was perfect for the dog."

"The island in general and the property in particular were great! Everyone on the island was extremely friendly and polite. Charles was extremely proactive about communication and responsive, the check in process was smooth and easy and the property managers provided plenty of detail about the logistics of getting to the property. I really felt like we went into the trip with both eyes wide open and somehow the property still exceeded expectations. Simply saying the property had a "lake view"...

"We visited Middle Bass Island to view the eclipse. Rob and Danielle were excellent hosts the whole trip. We had a great time visiting with friends. The house is an excellent place to meetup and reconnect. The kitchen is well stocked for making meals and the decor is charming! We also enjoyed walking to the beach and taking in the beautiful sunset views."

"Ian was fantastic, he is a super host. Before my arrival and after a significant rain, the basement of the condo was flooded. Ian had great communication to let me know and acted quickly to secure another condo for us. We arrived Sept 25, 2023, and stayed three nights. I was asked multiple times by Ian and the other property owner if everything was okay, if we needed anything, etc. I didn’t want to complain due to our situation, but the condo we stayed in was definitely more of a frat/party...
