• Excursions, transportation, and other services provided by the Super Host on your request are paid separately.

• Please, mind that it is prohibited to produce noise that may bother your neighbors, listen to loud music, and have noisy parties at night. If you want to organize some special events, please, let me know beforehand.

• We provide towels in the basis of the number of guests you mentioned in your reservation.

• Any alteration or cancellation of the reservation is carried out strictly in line with policies. Please, make sure you are aware of the applicable rules to avoid possible inconveniences.

Amazing views - Great place with a few "nits"
The views from the unit can't be outdone! The neighborhood is nice and seems safe and there are restaurants, convenience/bodegas, and a grocery a 10 minute walk. The food was excellent – 2 restaurants within 100ft. Water cooler and several large bottles provided. Agent was responsive with questions. Regarding electricity charge, we kept BRs and LR cool with AC wall units on a lot. Bill for 5 days was $238. May be more or less for others. A few nits: first, we got stuck in the small, sketchy elevator on check-in because the agent was the third person in despite her saying 2 people only. It’s really 2 only! We never took the elevator again. Kitchen seemed redone, but other parts need updating. Showers were weak, one never had hot water. 2nd, the glass doors from the LR to the patio didn’t close completely - wind/breeze made a 24/7 whistling sound and it was hard to cool down the LR. Third, patio and roof area are convenient with amazing views. However, the chaise lounges are partially broken and a little ratty. Also, fabric on the two roof beds is sun-rotted and tears. Last, the 2 exterior locks, while functional, aren’t very confidence-inspiring. For a relatively low cost they could replaced/beefed up to give guests peace of mind. These nits aren’t saying it’s not worth staying but, future guests might like to know details like these to make an informed decision. If they don’t bother you, the location and view will make your stay well worth it.

Beautiful condo with a lot of space and great views. Property managers were very accommodating. Very comfortable beds. Kitchen could use a little updating....no oven and only 2 burners on the stove work.. Water was a little rough and a lot of seaweed. Well worth the stay.

Perfect location
First of all you can't beat the location. The view and acces to the beach is second to none. The property is spacious the beds were comfortable. Now what stopped this property from being 5 star. The Pent house is on the 5th & 6th floor. The elevator does not work from the looks of it it hasn't worked in years. My brother has a broken leg so imagine up and down 5-6 flights of stairs everyday. The second thing is the rooftop beds had no bedding so they weren't usable. The staff response was timely when we had issues. Overall if not for the elevator it would be 5 stars. There's a lot of construction but that's out of the owners hands.

Fabulous oceanfront beach vacation
My husband and 3 adult children stayed here for a week Dec 5th - Dec 12th. This beautiful condo was perfect for us. Visiliy and Anna are very accommodating and responsive hosts and will help you with whatever you need. They scheduled our airport transportation for us and our drivers were great- they even arranged a stop at the supermarket on our way to the beach condo so we could get some breakfast items and as well as beer and liquor. We all had our own bedroom and bathroom. The views of the ocean are spectacular as advertised and even better in person. The modern kitchen is well stocked for all of your needs. We loved hanging out on the balconies for breakfast and in the evenings. Most nights we slept with the doors open to enjoy the fabulous breeze and hear the waves. We are used to having a pool at our properties but we did not miss it. There are plenty of lounge chairs, there was always a breeze on the beach and the ocean was the perfect temperature to take a dip to cool off. This is an awesome location as there are great restaurants within walking distance and a market nearby. We highly recommend Toc which is a 5 min walk down the beach and Citrus Fusion which is a 10 min walk in town. There is a pizza vendor on the beach, they wear a red shirt, who will take your order and deliver it to you and it is surprisingly very good. We highly recommend the day trip to Saona Island. It is so beautiful. We negotiated and purchased for $65 per person. Includes transportation, bbq on the beach and drinks. We really enjoyed this vacation and would highly recommend staying here. It truly is paradise.

The location of this property is great! The management was very responsive. In our opinion there were some things that would have been nice such as a full size coffee maker, kitchen linens, wash cloths - all of which are mentioned on the website. The unit could use some upkeep/updates but we really enjoyed our time!! We recommend staying here!

Fantastic view and hospitable owner
The penthouse has a unique ocean view, actually the best in the area. I walked around the neighborhood and there is no other place like this. The penthouse is just enormous and the terrace on the roof is spacious - an ideal place for sunbathing or BBQ. Owner Vasiliy is a great man. He is always there to help you with anything you need, and can answer any questions you might have. Recommended.
