Upon arrival, they said they were going to hold a $500 USD deposit, which they would refund upon our check-out, which was fine. During the stay, I enjoyed a spa treatment and used the airport service, totaling around $540 USD. The spa was worth every penny, and I was pleased with the quality. However, checking my credit card statement, I see that the $500 deposit had not been refunded, meaning the hotel charged me around $1100 for $540 worth of services. To be honest, it wasn't a big deal; mistakes happen. So, I sent a couple of emails regarding this issue, politely requesting a refund. However, THERE WAS NO RESPONSE. Therefore, I called, but once again, they transferred me to nowhere. I am very disappointed with how they handled the problem. However, I must say that the staff inside the hotel was very friendly.
