"My family (with two kids) stayed 4 nights and found that it was the perfect location with a great family atmosphere. We enjoyed the our mornings on the beach and even saw saw turtles and a seal, and found the location was perfect for our day trips and we drove to all points of the island. The had a couple of meals from the food trucks that was a short walk down the road."

"Great property and amazing host. My wife and I stayed for a week and had nothing but great hospitality. The beach is very close and the walk is very short to the ocean. "Our family of 7 adults were a bit cramped and sharing 1 bathroom was a challenge, but this is a great location - across the street from the beach, 5 minutes from Laie and the Polynesian Culture Center, close to the North Shore. Tons of beach gear to borrow - we were sorry that our few days there were rainy and windy. Still, way better than staying in Honolulu."

"My wife and I used to live on Oahu and had low expectations for cleanliness of the Vrbo and mostly cared about the location. "We loved our stay here. The cottage is roomy, clean, attractive, and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We spent time outside on our private lanai every day. And the location is hard to beat. My husband walks with a cane and he could easily reach the beach in 5 minutes. Kim and Zac are great hosts. They were available when we needed them but never intrusive. They went above and beyond to make my husband, who has some physical limitations, feel welcome and safe."

"The 3 bedroom house was very comfortable, had everything we needed (and when some pots and pans were missing, Scott purchased them right away). We loved getting up early and walking the short way to the beach for a sunrise beach walk. Spectacular! I enjoyed sharing my sunrise photos each morning with friends. It was delightful hanging out on the lanai. There is a punee for great naps, and a very comfortable hanging "egg chair". We loved every minute of our visit!!"
