"First, the positives. We thought the staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was quite large and well laid out with good lighting..The decor was funky but in a good way. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was large with a good shower. We also really liked the water bottle refill station in the lobby. "Beautiful, historic hotel and very walkable to the main tourist attractions in the downtown area. Our room was spacious for an old hotel and the bed very comfortable. Only complaint was that we had to call housekeeping every time we wanted to have our room serviced even though they advertise it is done daily. "

Called the front desk who told me they couldnt help and that they could text someone, but no one would likely respond. Spent the entire time with no TV, no discount for not having a TV, and zero concern from the staff about it."
