"The "Gnome Home" is the perfect place to stay while in Colorado Springs. The view looking down the street has beautiful mountain views. It is within walking distance to the downtown & Wilkins Arena. We felt very safe and the homes around are being renovated and well kept. Hunter and Beth thought of absolutely everything that we might need in added amenities including snacks on the bar. The cottage was impeccably clean, decorated fantastically, high end appliances, and Emma’s notes and recommendations were awesome. "What an incredible property! The living space was so cozy and inviting, just like the pictures promised. Kitchen stocked with essentials. Each room had a ridiculously comfortable king mattress along with ample closet space. No central air or heat, but each bedroom and the living space had its own in-wall heating and a modern window AC unit, keeping us comfortable no matter the crazy given this crazy spring CO weather. "Everything about the cottage was thoughtful and created a relaxing environment. The morning sunshine coming through the windows was the perfect way to wake up. The location was great. The proximity to all things Colorado Springs is just right, while still being tucked up near the Broadmoor. At the last minute, our return flights were canceled. We reached out to Bet and we were able to extend an additional night, no hassles. We would return in a heartbeat!"

"I wish it was more clear that you may not be the only people on the property. There is a studio also on the property and it was occupied. We had small kids and that might have factored in to our stay. Also, it has some plumbing issues with the showers that means low pressure and a dangerous mixing valve on one shower. Some rooms get hot and more fans would help. The place is in desperate need of new blinds and curtains; several windows and doors had nothing, even in bedrooms. That's just not...
