Very good hotel located steps away from the Zocalo. Spacious bedroom and bathroom, very clean, with fancy remote to control lighting, TV, A/C and blackout shade.
A few steps to go from the elevator to the bedrooms might be inconvenient to some.
The entrance is not on the street mentioned as the hotel address, so it's a bit confusing at first.
But I would stay again without hesitation in that hotel and recommend it to friends and family.

You must stay at this hotel if you visit Puebla. The staff is truly incredible and made our time at the hotel. Everything was better than expected and we will definitely be coming back! The location, the room, the rooftop, everything was so beautiful and clean! Thank you again!!

Perfect except for the toad sounds
Posted Jan 8, 2024 on HotelsThe hotel was beautiful, clean, and in a great location close to all the sights. My stay was close to perfect except for one issue, which is not under the hotel's control. Every morning from 7-9am a very loud recording of toad sounds was played every 30 minutes or so and would make it impossible to sleep in. I booked the hotel to get a much needed restful sleep and was disappointed to be woken up like this during my stay. I know this is not the hotel's fault however I am sure other folks would want to know about this before booking.
