“First, TCI is beautiful. Our choice of Grace Bay Beach Ocean Villas proved to be fantastic! The ocean is just steps away down a private lighted path. Fantastic snorkeling at Smith Reef from shore. The villa was great, clean and had everything we needed. The use of the grills at the pool was great for us when we didn't want to eat out. Great coffee shop and restaurants near by. “We had such a wonderful time here with our family for the week. The pool and hot tub were great, the views were amazing. It was nice to have kayaks and a SUP as well. The house was a very short walk to Sapodilla (maybe 4 min with little kids), and we love that beach!! “Absolutely fabulous, the views, the privacy, the pool, and the villa itself. Everything was perfect, my only complaint was that nowhere on our reservation did we have the name Sunrise ridge, so it was hard to find. I would suggest you just include that, but 💯 loved it, recomend it, and we will be back!”

“This is our third time visiting Turks & Caicos and second time staying in a VRBO on Chalk Sound. The Villa on Chalk Sound was perfect. The back decks, pool, with access to the sound was amazing. We enjoyed the kayaks and being so close to Sapodilla Bay and Taylor Bay beaches (by far the most beautiful beaches on the island, not a steep drop-off like you find in Grace Bay). “There were 8 adults staying here. The view from the top floor is amazing. walking out directly to the beach from downstairs was awesome. The area is a bit secluded and away from all the main resort areas, but if you like that, it's amazing. We hung out at our beach most of the time. “The best part of this unit is the pool area and the private beach access and beach chairs and umbrellas, as mentioned by other reviewers. No signage to the unit so hard to find initially. The unit itself is a small studio with large windows that unfortunately open to the neighbouring patio on one side and to the walkway to the upper unit villa and pool on the other, so curtains stay closed unless you like people looking in. “Communication with property manager was excellent! The home was absolutely incredible. We had a group of five couples. The layout of the home fit our group perfectly. The pool area was amazing. House was stocked with essentials that lasted us the week. Need towel racks or hooks in the upstairs bathroom. No place to hang wet towels. Other than that, no complaints.
