"We loved our stay here! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and spacious. A perfect mix of historical charm and modern amenities. "Just a quick weekend away trip. Great location with access to Providence place and water fire. I usually go to the zoo or aquarium and Providence is a great starting point. Was disappointed to learn that the pool and hot tub facilities were removed but price was the same as when they offered those to guests. Did not see any improvements to rooms or hotel besides being a very nice hotel as always. "
