Worst experience ever!
It started off bad right off the bat. We arrived on a Sunday, so it was after hours. We had a long flight & just wanted to relax. It was smoking hot in there...no a/c, (which I knew, but the reviews said it was no problem bc of the breeze. However, all the windows were shut when we arrived. No preparation for guests arrival) the lanai screen door was broken with a huge gap at the top allowing bugs inside, & we couldn't figure out the wifi info (which I later realized was my fault...it was in my email, but I thought it was a link to get the info, not realizing that it was right under.) We contacted the emergency # (bc that's all we had) & she was not happy with us for calling. After several back & forths, she finally gave us the password to the wifi & said someone would contact us the next day about the door. Well, nobody did. My husband called & left a message. We still received no response. (In addition, before we ever arrived, I received a text that we were arriving several days before we had it booked. I called & left a message. No response.) So, after 2 days of nobody calling us, I sent a very firm email bc not only was the lanai door an issue, one of the lamps was not working, the hairdryer plug was broken & dangerous, the housekeeper had left a wet, dirty rag on one of the chair cushions, & to top it off, the smoke detector was broken. Good luck with the shower knob. It Is backwards. After 4 days, they finally fixed things after I threatened to report them.
