"Carmel Inn was just fine to stay.
The only thing is that we had a adjoining room, the door allow all sound come thru. Felt like they were in the room with us. I’ll make sure that doesn’t happen again.
Also checking in, they didn’t have our reservation. Never heard of Orbitz. Didn’t have any thing on there computer.
They were able to get us a room."
"We love the Ramada. Staff are always lovely, rooms are done nicely, and usually the beds are totally comfortable. Our stay this time though the mattress was awful. Big sags in spots that made it very difficult to find a place to lay without having a huge hole underneath your body. This mattress needs to be recycled! Room 619. We have to go back overnight again in 3 days and I’m praying we don’t get the same room and mattress! "

"The location of the property was nice. We were a little concerned at first about parking. There was A LOT of homeless and otherwise sketchy people in the area. We were approached by pan handlers immediately on the street in front of the property. The hotel had secured parking next door luckily so our vehicle was safe. Hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable. Very close to shopping and restaurants. "
