"We rented the condo to attend a graduation in Erie, PA and we were 16 with a mix of different ages. From the outside the condo looks small, but it's pretty spacious on the inside. Most of the rooms have full baths, except one of the bedrooms has a half bath. The upstairs has the 2 "bedrooms", which are basically a large room with multiple beds and a bed in a large corridor leading to that room. Those rooms can fit about 6-8 people pretty comfortably and there is 1 full bath there. Then there are...

My son was celebrating his 18th birthday on the day of the full solar eclipse with family including my 10 month old twin nephews and three year old nephew. The house had space to accommodate everyone's needs and the hosts did an amazing job of making us feel welcome. They even went out of their way to include some special decorations for our event. "Great condo that was actually bigger than I expected. The pictures are spot on. Beautiful condo with superior attention to absolutely every detail and every amenity provided. Great location as well. We were visiting the area in the off-season for a family affair, but would definitely see the appeal of returning for a fall getaway or winter vacation for a family of four or two couples. We were expecting to be in a city area and this was well away from all of that. We drove around and saw MANY MANY deer. We found a wonderful park for the kids to play and lots of places to eat that were not chains."
