Really appreciated the friendly, helpful reception, the large apartment with all necessary items and modern kitchen and bathroom facilities. A quiet, cozy retreat right in the middle of the wonderful old town!

Really comfortable stay and staff were welcoming. The area around is perfect and everything is walkable distance. The clock and church is just up the street. The rooms were spacious and there was air con too which made the stay a lot more comfortable. The only thing is it was a little hard to find but it’s next to the duck boutique it’s a door and the apartments are upstairs.

This property was absolutely perfect for our family visit to Prague. The location cannot be beat! The apartment was clean and stylish and quiet. We had some trouble figuring out the lights but made due. Communication was great, the taxis to and from the airport were all arranged for us. We will definitely book in here again next time we come to Prague! Highly recommend.

Fantastic location . Clean property. Front desk , amazing helpfull staff. However no heat , 3 nights our stay we were freezing . Was difficult to take shower. We emailed U Kapra but no response yet . Also would be nice to have coffee supplied ( even for a cost ) When you come tired after 26 h travel from Canada first thing you want is coffee or tea , last thing you want is going to shop that tired

The apartment was great, very clean and spacious with a very nice decoration. The location is excellent. The attention from the staff was good, except for the lady that was in the reception the day of our check out, she was not collaborative or polite when we asked for some directions.

We loved the property - however... The property was gorgeous, in a great location nearby to shops and the Old Town Square and really nicely furnished. However we did have a couple of issues - the bathroom radiator was leaking slightly, and the stairs to the mezzanine floor are not short of dangerous. They are slippery and don't have railings covering, which meant one of our party slipped, fell and hurt themselves at the bottom steps.

Nice apartment in the middle of the old city. But if you stay there over the weekend be prepared to hear the bass of a disco next door. The sofa bed for our kid was also sagging and had a loud creak.

Perfect location, out of the front door and in the heart of the old city. 1 minute walk to the famous clock tower. Lovely living and sleeping area. Bathroom/washrooms let the apartment down but location was worth it. Very quiet considering the location being in the heart of the old town. The only down side was the bathrooms and the heat at night as it was roasting, even with the heaters off.

Great apartment right in the middle of Old Town, next to Town Square and Astronomical clock. Self contained with kitchen and washer/dryer. We stayed at the top floor, so three narrow staircases to navigate, but as long as you are happy with the exercise- it was perfect!

Location was excellent. Be weary because this apt doesn’t have an elevator for guests who carry heavy luggage and weak knees. Management was very helpful with sending us a list of places to see, what and where to eat traditional Czech food.

WOW what a property, you can not get more central. I could have thrown a stone to the clock tower. The apartment was massive, very clean. Would highly recommend it, if I have the pleasure on coming back to Prague without doubt this would be the place I book. Friendly staff great communication, Fantastic price. 5*

Very bad experience
When i arrived to the hotel exhausted after a 12 hr flight, i spent one hour at the reception because the guy there couldnt find my room that was already reserved and paid for, he got angry and started talking to him self in czech. He gave me another room and the next morning after i unpacked my luggage they knock on the door saying that i need to change room again so i had to pack everything again and i missed the morning conference that i was there for. I didnt even receive an email from the hotel at least saying sorry for what happened. My brother and his family joined me after 3 days, it was the same guy also who checked them in, so while waiting for him to fill the papers i told him to get my little nephews to their room coz they are tired so he said it was appartment A on the 3 floor of the 2nd buliding, so i took the luggages and went up an old stair wth very small steps since there is no elevator for this bldg and when i arrived to the 3rd floor there was no app A so i went back n told him there is no A there he became angry he threw his glasses on the desk and starting talking in czech again. He went to see the 3rd floor and he realised also that there is no app A there and that it was on the GF so i took again all the luggages from the 3rd floor to the GF. Very bad experience for us , however some of the staff are very friendly but communicating with some was difficult because they dont speak english very well

I wish I had a better description than “amazing!” Or spectacular- these are perfect descriptions tho!!! It was just wonderful and Jan was so friendly:) I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone that wants to be right by the square. You can hear the astronomical clock every hour. Beautiful ❤️

Historic old building that’s very well kept. There’s always someone at the reception to guide or answer questions. They’re quite helpful. Location can’t be better as you’re literally right in the center of old Prague. Restaurants and stores are at the doorstep. Only downside is there’s no air conditioning in the room we stayed in but they did provide fans.
