Shower in junior suite broken and leaking. Never fixed. Rusty shower stall. Cleaning personnel need more attention in details. However, opposite metro station, and in a nice area and walkable to the some of the most iconic tourist places including the Prague Castle. . But poor dining options we will see jitepy not return.

The hotel itself is in a fantastic location for visiting Prague. However the hotel itself is some way short of 4 star standard. The hotel was very tired looking with a broken shower and wallpaper falling off the walls.

Historic place
Please keep in mind this is an old building. So with that you will see a bit of wear and tear with it. However I think the beds need a much needed update. They were pretty hard despite having a foam mattress. Also we could never cool down the room from what seemed to be110 degrees. That being said we had an awesome view of the castle and the staff were great with any help needed including local restaurants. The metro was just across the street from the hotel which was very convenient. We stayed in December and the breakfast wasn’t as much as is shown in the pictures. You had the option of cereal, bread, yoghurt, some meats, juice and soft boiled eggs. The breakfast room downstairs was supper cute. This place is walkable to the Charles bridge and Christmas markets as long as you don’t have any issues with walking. My spouse has back issues but had no problem getting to the markets.

Except for the excellent location, the hotel was barely average. Really minimal amenities. Just plain liquid soap dispenser for both the sink and bathtub. No washcloths. Just a hand towel and bath towel. Also, the reception desk was only staffed for part of the day. But the price was right.

There is so much to love about this hotel! 1. Price. For the location, this hotel is very reasonably priced. 2. Location, location, location. It is just outside of the old town, but you can simply cross the bridge and be in the old town area in less than 5 minutes. There is a main public transportation hub literally 2 minutes away. Many of the main transit lines go through this stop, and the metro stops there as well. Despite that, it is not noisy or dangerous. We felt very safe coming back to the hotel in the middle of the night. The negs (or just be aware). The beds suck a little. Very thin mattress, and after 7 days, both my husband's and my back were killing us. They would empty the trash out of the room and restock the tp daily, but not make the beds. We got a room that was basically divided up into two small rooms. Great when traveling with children/adult child. Shower was a bit small-but very typical for Europe. The girl at the reception was super nice and helpful. Maybe wasn't the most luxurious, but seriously cannot beat the location!

The hotel and our room were clean, and the beds were comfortable. Overall it was quiet and restful. When there was staff available they were helpful. However, our first room had major plumbing issues and smelled of sewer gas. It took several days for them to address the issue, and we ended up upgrading so we could have fully functional plumbing. Also, this is not a 4-star hotel as claimed - very limited services: we needed to ask for toilet paper and basic amenities, they were out of coffee several days we were there, and a very limited selection of items to purchase.

The room equipment are very old and used specially the towels. It is clean the location is good. They charged our service dog for 20 euros! It wasnt even written on the info!
