1. 第一天由維也納到布拉格時間已經晚了，當在櫃檯check in 時，飯店告知沒有房間，另外已在別處安排飯店所屬的公寓先居住一晚，雖然公寓空間大些、舒適度也有些，但因沒有事先告知，心裏感覺不是很👌。
2. 飯店沒有提供熱水店壺，無法有熱水可使用，令人感到十分不便利。

room is at garret, no elevator. It’s hard to get there with heavy luggage. Also, garret room is no view there.

I'm sorry you did not like your room. However, each room has a view but not at the Astronomical Clock.. I'm sorry that you have not requested room changes.
