"Filthy. Dirt and debris all over the floor including what looked like mouse poop. Fridge was full of old food debris and condensation. Toilet was filthy. Bathroom sink had no soap and was clogged. Couch has wet areas on it. Floor had sticky spots. Really nice apartment that, if properly cleaned, would be wonderful. Very close to old town with lots of dining options. "This was a terrible experience. The apartment servicing company did not provide timely information on how to access the apartment. In addition, without my permission, they changed the address of the reservation in their e-mail. I suspect that was the root of the problem. Rather than waiting on the street for the digital access codes, I chose to go to a hotel. This was a very costly experience. I am fighting for a refund and getting nowhere but will notify authorities about these questionable...

Don't think twice, just book it.
"A beautiful aparthotel in the heart of Poznan. Only a 5 minute walk from the old Market square, I picked this place for one night for multiple reasons. I'm glad I did. I understand that is not up to them to fix. For the money I paid I wouldn't get anywhere else in Europe. I am so thankful to the people who work in this facility "
