The Hot tub Jets always had to be turned on by The front desk personnel. They state the pool is heated It was probably 70 degrees. I'm not sure if the TV is antiquated, but the remote didn't work very well for changing channels or volume. The volume was not loud enough at its maximum. I found it odd that anything that I plugged in would fall out of the outlet. I had to use first aid tape to hold a plug in. The AC and heating unit is very loud. Those probably need new filters as the room smelled very musty. The good news is... The staff was fantastic, (there was definitely a language barrier there.) The bed was super comfortable & the room was very clean! It is located in a terrific area that is walkable to dining and close to shopping.

I called and spoke with Nick because my spouse and I were arriving late, and he confirmed that we would be fine, and our room would be ready. He was very professional. I will definitely visit again for a longer stay.

This was a very clean, modern facility. We were in an ADA King room, but the room was fairly small. We couldn't see how someone in a wheelchair would easily navigate in the room. There was no mirror outside of the bathroom, the coffee pot was on a high shelf, not easily accessible, again making us wonder how someone in a wheelchair would manage it. The breakfast room was spotless and well-stocked. Staff was friendly and competent.

I was disappointed that the pool was shut down. That is why I booked the hotel. Also the hotel had a fire drill or fire evacuation in the late evening. I feel that while that was clearly not the hotels fault. I feel for the pool being down I should get some type of of a discount or a significant future discount.

Room was very dirty. Several hairs in the bed and in shower. Cigarette butts under the bed side dresser. Air conditioning was faulty. TV streaming app was non functioning. When brought to the attention of front desk associate “Nick”, he was very dismissive, rude, and began assisting a different customer while I am speaking to him. Very unprofessional. I am very disappointed. Highly not recommended.
