"1st: it is a 3 room apartment above a huge garage. 2nd, there are 18 outside, tall uncovered concrete steps you must go & down every time you go in and out and in winter it is horribly dicey. It was winter during my stay. I am 71 and it was every challenging. 3rd Hauser Gun Club is about a mile as the crow flies and the sound of constant gunfire during the day is maddening. However: it is quiet at night, very clean, new and though small, nice. The TV gets few channels but Fox news is the one...

"The pictures don’t do this property justice. The flow of the home is way better than the pics indicate. Traveled from Billings, MT to attend a celebration of life. This VRBO provided a great space for us, our 3 kids (21/23/24 & a fiancé). We are very familiar w/ the area, traveling to the area frequently to visit family in the Hauser Lake / Newman Lake / Spokane Valley area. W/ lots of family traveling in from out of town, all of our usual spaces were taken and we prefer VRBO over a hotel....

"The home was spectacular! Boat dock was easy to use and we loved the built in bumpers for our brand new boat. Beds were comfortable as well. We will have to return. I would just recommend higher quantity paper towels and TP and more of it for the price. But 10 stars other then that."

"Overall it was good - there was major miscommunication between VRBO And property manager. Somehow it was missed we were staying for tonight, even though the payment was already processed. The property manager made it work for us, and we appreciated her efforts. Nonetheless, we arrived at Place, without air-conditioning working."
