The brick promenade made access to the train and shopping a special walk which we enjoyed immensely. Great place to stay but save the car rental and use the train. "The apartment was extremely clean, well equipped and mostly private. Not sure if the apartment above is a rental but the people were extremely noisy. Check in was a bit of an issue as the sat nav said we had arrived and we were still about a mile away. Luckily we texted the manager and he came and found us. The pool was beautiful and the manager came most days to clean it and sweep the garden. I would certainly recommend staying here. Oh, and the view was exceptional. Thank you"

"It was a superb all-around experience from the moment we walked in. We were greeted with a great welcome, and our very heavy luggage, which we lugged from the train station, was quickly taken away from us and stored until our room was ready. As a bonus, once our room was ready, it was taken up and neatly stored in our room ahead of our check-in. Our check-in process with Roger was thorough and professional. The property is beautiful. Not a single disappointment. The room and bath were spacious and well-appointed—such a fantastic touch with the complimentary mini-bar. We only spent a day as a layover on our journey to Florence. I wished we had more days. This property was more of a five-star and a masterclass on hospitality."
