If you park at the hotel parking lot, strangers will break your car glass. It happened to almost 3 people at the parking lot the day I checked out and the hotel management didn’t even care.

Booked through Expedia got two rooms for my daughters bday weekend. We used a line of credit to book. We arrived at property got charged additional for each room and they did an incidental hold of $100 on each room couple hours later added another hundred dollars for each room total of almost 600.00. This was a HUGE inconvenience and put an end to our trip because we had it planned out until payday Wednesday. All they did was apologize and could not provide me with anything not paperwork showing or stating it’s being put back to my card. In addition one of of two rooms had no body wash and the blind was messed up didn’t work. Never stating at this my place again. Never experienced anything like this and any other my place.
