“They didnt want to honor our expedia price since they changed ownership. Made us wait till 3 for check in even though room then readyThen took 20 additional minutes to gain approval for rate and only granted when I said I wanted to cancel. No towels in our room. Clean but needs updated. ”

“We arrived at the sleep in, tired and grumpy after a hard day of travel. We had not intended to stay at the Sleep Inn, but on arriving in town, we discovered our initial rental was uninhabitable and needed a plan B!
