"Had a very enjoyable 5-night stay at the property when coming to town for a training session and charter fishing trip. Having a full size refrigerator and kitchen was very beneficial when you get a catch of Wahoo, Mahi and Tuna and have to keep them well cooled before you head home. (No way to do that effectively in a "hotel atmosphere") Mgmt staff were very responsive through texting when needed. Will definitely go back next time I am in town for another fishing charter or trip to the S....

"I am so glad I found this property. It was exactly what I was expecting. It was a few steps away from the beach. It was roomy for 2 people. It was just perfect. I loved everything about it. A few blocks down you will find some restaurant and bars. The host was very fast at replying. I love a place where I feel at home. I liked it so much I extended my stay. Please do not look elsewhere this is the place to stay. Thanks again!"

Walks through surrounding neighborhood are easy and safe. Was a terrific place to call home for a week."

"We enjoyed our stay here very much! The waterway provides great views and boat traffic. The beach is truly just about a 5 minute walk. The room provides beach chairs and umbrella. We utilized many aspects of the kitchen and it worked well. The pool is OPEN and very nice. The condo is clean and comfortable. Checking in and out was easy. Monica did not have a long list of have too’s at check out which was nice, even though we cleaned up after ourselves. We would stay again."

"Great location at a good price for this area. Nothing extra fancy, but we knew that going in. Property manager was quick with responses and check-in was easy. Gave it 4 stars on cleanliness due to the fact it was definitely surface clean but in need of a deep clean, including windows. Out door space was slim to none, with two uncomfortable chairs, one of which someone must have left. Would also have been nice to have beach chairs available. We ended up buying two and leaving them as we traveled...

Good location... beach was across street and within walking distance to pier, restaurants and shopping. Also close to free taxi service. Had a couple of issues with AC and hot water but was easily fixed at circuit breaker. Checkin was easy and management/owner was responsive to questions. Pool looked clean but did not use it. Would stay again"
