“My was great, I enjoyed the stay. Apart from the dust on the blinds and the bathroom basin that indicated it was not cleaned properly but the service was great even when I showed them my concerns they were ready to remedy. ”

“The room is wet and smells bad. The tap of the bathroom is like a water gun or jet. It’s hurtful and you even couldn’t wash and brush teeth.”

The place was infested with cokroaches, frogs and mosquitoes. My staff are still sick from their stay at this place. It is a self catering place but it was so disgusting that you could not even consider cooking there”

“There was no stay. After paying up-front for the room and I phoned in the afternoon to say I was at a dining function and I would be late. When I arrived at 11:30PM the guard refused me entry and said that they were full. So I give this a rotten service and demand my money back. These people are thieves and I wish to lay a complain with the police. Do not think of even staying here!”

“Upon arriving after a long drive the security guard that greeted was very friendly. We got our keys after a bit of a wait. We were first taken to the smaller room than booked and had to go back to reception. We were then given another family sized room but not as advertised. If fact the room booked apparently doesn’t exist. No load shedding protection, which wasn’t advertised but would have been helpful at the nightly rate. The room was clean and suitable. “We had an amazing time. We only slept there as we were visiting family in Bendor. We didn’t even switch on the TV. The beds are comfortable. The service was excellent in the 5 days we stayed there. The gardens are looking a little sad and the pools are green - I do understand that there is a water issue in the area. ”

They told me that they don't have a relationship with hotels.com and they have tried to cancel the program but without success. Kindly address the problem because people will be left stranded if they book this establishment. The owner must communicate with Hotels.com to ensure that they remain or remove themselves from the system. If I did not call I would have been stranded. This……
