"The front desk caught wind of the fact it was my daughter's (6) birthday. Later that evening Chloe brought up a little gift bag with a card and some candy bars. Very cool extra step on their part. The staff here were the best. I unfortunately don't remember everyone's name, but they went above and beyond for us and we won't be staying anywhere else in the Columbus area. "

"Everything was great until checkout. I asked for a receipt and she asked if I wanted a paper receipt and I said yes. She typed something in the computer and then stated I would need to get it from Expedia, turned and walked away. I was somewhat miffed and not sure about my return in the future."
