“We brought our boat to the chain o lakes with family. This house was perfect for us. We were able to use the fire pit and gas grill. The house was on the water so we were able to have access to the boat the entire stay. There is a restaurant next door to the house as well. Very quiet neighborhood too. Will stay here again!!”

“The proximity to Great Lakes Recruitment Center, Sarge’s Meet & Greet, restaurants, etc. is perfect. We were in town for our son’s boot camp graduation and knew we wanted more room to hang out than a typical hotel room would offer. It was great to be able to relax, watch movies, just hang out with our sailor for the precious two days we had. This place has location, location, location if you’re coming in for boot camp graduation.”

“This duplex was perfect for my three sons and myself. We stayed five days to attend one of my son’s Navy Graduation! House was very clean and modern. Had everything we needed, was a nice neighborhood, quiet neighbors? Close to everywhere we needed to go. Only suggestion would be to have the owners secure the rugs, they are very slippery. ”

“This was our first time using vrbo. As a family of 5, hotels are not a great fit. We end up needing 2 rooms which is next to impossible to find conjoining rooms, and is quite expensive! We decided to rent this beautiful 3 bedroom house. Not only was it clean, it was clearly well cared for. “This is the second time we stayed at The Retreat. LOTS of space inside and out for our family to gather. Kids age 3-10 could not get enough of the heated pool and the adults especially enjoyed the hot tub. We added an 'exrra' and had a small family reunion one of the afternoons and the place was perfect for this. Game room such a bonus when it rained. We didn't need to leave the property but some checked out 7 Mile Fair. Communication with the owner was timely. I'm sure the family will vote to……
