Playa Hermosa Vacations from $692

Pool was filthy when we arrived , kids couldn’t enjoy. If low season requires a non buffet all inclusive - it should be noted Fire alarm was sounding couldn’t sleep - there is no management in situ just a WhatsApp that is not monitored 24x7 Employees were nice and respectful-

First, we got there. We were supposed to have a king size room. They gave us two double beds and then when they was gonna upgrade it, they wanted us to check out and then check back in which was crazy the bugs there was uncontrollable they never tried to control them, you have to go into the building to go to the bathroom. And the restaurants was limited.

Overall our stay was great. It was a good experience and the staff as well as service was awesome. Positives: - Great service and staff - Food was good with tons of options - Good swimming pool with lots of seats - Access to beach - Very well maintained gardens and exteriors - Unlimited food and drinks, was never hungry - Very Clean. People are always cleaning and mopping the floors Negatives: - Very hot and humid in May. Lobby and place where they have shows is open and hot. Half of the fans do not work and it was really hot to a point where we just decided to stay in the room. - Hotel is a bit outdated and requires some renovation. Elevators, Bathroom fittings, air conditioning, etc can be improved. - Hotel management need to do something for the flies and mosquitoes. There were lit of flies in restaurants and tons of mosquitoes in the open areas. Even with bug spray, we were getting bit badly. Would be much better with mosquito treatments or place some bug zappers in different areas to catch flies and other bugs. - Fruit juices in the restaurants as well as drinks seems to be watered-down and very diluted. Overall, we had a great time but unless they fix the air-conditioning issues and mosquitoes/flies/bugs, I dont think I will go back there a second time.

Food was excellent. Staff was excellent .
