“Atmosphere and food are excellent. Location is close to nice beach and you can take a water taxi to Tamarindo. The rooms are ok but the mattresses definitely need replacing as well as the fridge. ”

“NIce quant little hotel with 6 rooms total. Half hour drive from Tamarindo, but on basically same beach but seperated by a river. Small but nice pool, 4 minute walk to long and beatiful beach. Small upstairs restaurant was nice and food was good. Great service and communication from staff. Very freindly staff indeed. 2-3 little restaurants and bars nearby within walking distance. Low key quiet area surrounded by many upscale homes. Security guard at gate entering the neighborhood. Good pace to……

“Friendly staff. Nothing like what we expected from the description and photos. Not our most comfortable stay...”

“Our room was absolute barebones !!!! No chair no hanging cupboard, no night lamps, no tv, no tea or coffee facilities, no decoration of any kind, two wooden boxes for bed stands !!! No cups or glasses for water. Bathroom the same, bad smell from shower, no water pressure, toilet cistern faulty, had to open tank to get floater valve to work. No cupboard beneath the sink, bordered up, no place to put toiletries, tiles unfinished in shower !!!!”

“Perfect space to stay on Playa Grande. Right across the street from beach access let’s you be at the beach in a few steps. Also solid swimming pool area with WiFi to help get remote work done while visiting. ”
