"I have never have stayed right on the beach. With this vrbo, we did. Omar, the caretaker, was awesome. If we had any concerns, he was there to help us. It felt like we had the whole beach to ourselves. It was also a nice touch to have a mini-tent set up to keep us in the shade. This came in handy with Costa Rican hot sun. Would definitely return."

"There were small things like the stove being broken and no water on the last day for a period but overall a great stay. A little grungy and can use some updating. Would be nice if they provided pool floaties or something similar. But still a great time!"

"This was our first time in Costa Rica. The location of the condo was perfect for being able to walk everywhere. The beach was very close. The condo pool was easy to get to and fun with a swim up pool bar. There was plenty of room to spread out, have fun dinners or relax in your room. The balconies were great to experience the sunrises and watch the sun go down over the ocean. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We would stay there again."

"I enjoyed my stay here. A short ways from town, a quiet location and clean accommodations. I believe that most all listings in the travel apps need much improvement on ease of actual property locations. Pictures of key locks and location of actual unit need to be posted more clearly. Possibly an information letter to greet guests with community information. Contact information, etc. Overall, this unit was very nice!"

"Centrally located property. The beach is three blocks away. The staff are friendly and helpful. They texted us immediately after our arrival for help us locate the property. There’s security at the gate. It was quiet and peaceful. My only issue was not having running water for 30 mins. "

"Check-in was easy, unit was clean but it's starting to show its age. Being steps away from the beach is tough on a property. Everything worked, yes there were a few ants but nothing too crazy. Pool was very quiet but could be cleaner. Once again, not terrible but I've seen better. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is great. The beach is quiet and we found the rocks to be perfect for our young kids as at low tide they could play in the puddles. Walking to tamarindo is doable but...

"We enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunset from our patio and balcony. We were greeted by a family of monkeys in the tree above our patio they day we checked in which was very cool. Condo is well located for visiting several of the beautiful beaches nearby, It was stocked with pretty much everything we needed. A couple items listed in amenities (hair dryer & iron) were not in the condo when we arrived but we reported it to the host who quickly responded and brought us those items."

"No surprises here, exactly as listed. Communication with the Host was always timely. They turned us onto a great transport service to and from Liberia Airport. This place is on the small side but had everything we needed for our stay. It was very clean and comfortable. The king bed was on the hard side and not the foam mattress we are used to but worked fine. The air con runs all the time and makes some noise but we like some white noise when we sleep. Easy walk to the beach and 3 restaurants....

"Positives are, location, neighborhood, secure, and location as pictured. Beach Coffee shops and restaurants were light walks thru safe neighbor hoods. Directions to the property should not only include pictures but distances between pictures in case you can’t recognize, as I struggled with because I was arriving in the dark. Also, a bath towel should not feel like a shammy."

"This place is more beautiful in person, than what the pictures show! Very spacious and clean and the view from the balcony is amazing! We had all we needed. Plenty of pillows, blankets & beach towels. The beach directly at the place has a lot of rocks but if you walk down a bit towards Witches Rock it is much nicer. "Definitely the best part is the infinity pool and stunning ocean views! Every room faces the ocean, and it's super quiet as you are up on a hill overlooking the town. I went back and forth about staying here vs Diria, but def made the right choice. The beds were the most comfortable of the 4 different hotels I stayed in CR.They have a shuttle that goes to town and also to Langosta Beach club which you have free access to (5 min drive). I had a car, however, so drove myself to town. My only disappointment was the breakfast buffet. Not many choices for a 4/5 star hotel. Their lunch and dinner menu were more expansive. Overall, would stay again! "
