"Close to quaint historic Placerville ( check out Sweetie Pies for breakfast) and 70 minutes from Lake Tahoe. This condo is equipped with everything you need. Comfortable beds and a peaceful atmosphere. Nice layout with the bedrooms upstairs and living area below. A good home base to rest after a day of exploring. We will be back."

"My family stayed here for a short weekend trip. The house is amazing. It is exactly as described, very clean, and has all the amenities you could need. The host, Chris, was incredibly responsive to all our questions and accommodated our late arrival by ensuring lights were on to make it easier on us. The location is great and there is a lot to do nearby and on the property. Our only regret is we couldn't stay longer! Hope to come back again another time. Thanks, Chris!"

"Giving this place 5 stars because the house is nice and the location is great. The kitchen is really nice and had everything we needed. We were in the area for Passport weekend so a great location to visit the wineries. We accidentally set off the burgler alarm that we didn't know existed but the property manager was available early in the morning to help out. However there was just one issue that I hope the owners address. The outdoor space is so lovely and we happend to have great weather but...

"A little small but it was okay since we mainly just slept here. There was enough beds for everyone including extra thick mattress for another person to sleep on if needed. The owners do live on property but they gave us our privacy. Any interactions we had with them were very friendly. Remote location with nice views but close enough to town. And a lot of extra amenities and little freebies. Made us feel very welcome!!!"
