Had to switch rooms due to the refrigerator not working and I had a baby which needed its milk fresh. The second rooms fridge also wasn’t working they offered to change rooms again but I chose not too being it was already after midnight. I asked for ice and buckets to keep milk cold. The A/C also wasn’t working too well in the second room. I was not happy at all and for the price it wasn’t worth it!

The location was close to where I was visiting, very convienant to stores, restaurants, gas. The hotel was undergoing renovations but it didn't disrupt service.

We stayed here for a night after visiting Pittsburgh. The hotel was undergoing some repairs around the main entrance, but the staff handled it well and all the instructions on how to enter/exit were quite clear. Our room was clean and comfortable. It was nice to be so close to a grocery store and a Target.

The holiday inn was under renovation, the outside of the hotel was dirty and has bad smell. Lot of noise while sleeping in the room. Hotel is under renovation and it created lot of inconvenience for families with kids.

A number of the construction workers onsite for the renovations occurring on the first level were staying on our same floor - level 2. They were literally screaming, hollering, and partying all night long. Whether they are simply that loud or the walls are extra thin, we could hear them over the TV turned up to full volume. This last until about 1:00am, which was less than ideal because I had a 6:00am wake up time the following morning. Even the following morning - I'm assuming because some of these contractors were sleeping off the party the night before - there was a straight 15-20 minutes of knocking a nearby room door. A coworker was trying to wake the culprits up by banging on their door with no regard for any hotel guests nearby. I understand the convenience of having contractors doing work on the building staying onsite, but there should be a more concerted effort to have them separated from paying hotel guests.

We stayed one night at the hotel. Check in was easy and quick. The hotel has three floors, so it was easy and fast to take the stairs, although there is an elevator. Shower was nothing fancy which I appreciated. Some hotels modernize the showers so much you need an engineering degree to figure out how it works. Bed was clean and soft. People across the hall had loud music blaring but we could not hear anything in our room. I liked that there was a sign indicating quiet hours between 11pm-6am. There is free parking in front of the hotel but spaces are a little tight for SUVs and trucks. We had a good stay here.
