The hallways reeked of marijuana and the parking lot having the padlocked gates in the back wasn't reassuring about the neighborhood, i was nervous to be outside after dark

Excellent front desk staff, attentive and ready to help. Extremely quiet and comfortable hotel with clean common areas. Had to visit 4 floors to find a working ice maker. Pool closed at 10pm. Very secure and well lit area. We stayed on a night when the hotel was completely booked, yet it was clean and quiet. I did not give five stars because our non-smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke, and there was a discolored area on the bathroom floor behind the toilet.

It was very easy to find and it was clean. Just very noisy but that was the occupants not the hotels fault. But very frustrating for me trying to sleep when folks come up the hallway at 1 AM laughing and yelling to each other. Food was good and plenty to choose from.
