Not too crowded and staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They went beyond and above. I had a medical need and the staff made all the arrangements to secure an appointment with doctor, call a cab and checked on me the day after.

My 2nd time to Turks and Caicos, decided to try something new. If you want something on a budget.This is a budget friendly place to stay simple nothing fancy, and no elevator. Walkable to beach, local restaurants and other nicer upscale resorts. All the employees were great front desk (Leticia could smile more) , maintenance and housekeeping all fantastic. definitely
