"We planned this trip to celebrate my wife's birthday. St. Pete's Beach is among her favorite places, and this rental was perfectly placed to provide easy access to everything we had planned. The house was very clean and exactly as advertised - including the heated pool! In a great, quiey neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Help keep it that way by being responsible guests ;) Host Morgan was quick to respond to all questions - couldn't ask for more. It was a fantastic week!"

"Place was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed having the pool as well. The kitchen had great space and great to cook in. Only suggestions we have is to replace the bed in the master bedroom due to it being very loud to just move in. Also replacing some of your beach chairs as some were broken."

"We had an excellent time in Pinellas Park. The neighborhood was great, grocery shopping near by and the house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space, excellent back yard with the pool and other activities for the kids. Very reasonable driving distance to lots of good swimming beaches also. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking to be in this area!"

"Great location, easy drive to all beaches and downtown Tampa. The pool was very nice and although it is shared we were pretty much the only ones in it. Parking is easy and for me, I was working on vacation so I could sit at the pool while doing work calls. Agree with other review, could use a small dresser in the bedroom, more utensils and some pool towels to not have to use bathroom towels. Overall, great place and great experience! Oh, don’t sleep on Victor’s Kitchen, a great hole in the wall...
