The property description could be more helpful by mentioning that the entry is a walk up a fairly steep upgrade, not suitable for people with ambulatory issues or handicaps. Nestled just a short drive from the Colorado School of Mines, Coors Brewery, and Red Rocks, this charming home offered the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. "The property is the quintessential log cabin on a Colorado mountain. Clean with quite a few amenities, a couple of games, small DVD collection, puzzles. The MBR bed was incredibly comfortable. Pet friendly with a fenced-in yard. Things to know: It's on Septic so the conservation requested was a little over the top for us. I would have preferred to pay a little extra and be able to wash dishes normally and take a bath in the jacuzzi tub if we wanted. Not a lot of pans to work with if you intend...

"Rustic cabin with everything we needed. We chose this rental for its location on Bear Creek just outside of downtown Evergreen. The bed was nice; a bit on the firm side. Sheets and bedding were clean and comfortable. We bought wood for a nice fire in the fireplace after spending a cool evening enjoying our dinner and wine on the patio next to Bear Creek. The kitchen is small but well equipped. They provided coffee but I sure missed my morning tea. This is a great location to stay if you want to...
