It was great but noisy with road traffic down below. The rental above us must have been rented to a bunch of elephants the first few days. They clomped for hours. Enjoyed the stay. Thank you.

We stayed here with our 4 kids, 5 and under. The place was clean and stocked decently. Water pressure in shower was amazing, compared to other cabins I've stayed in where you're lucky to get a trickle of water out of the shower. Check in was a breeze. Directions to the dumpster would've been nice, but it is near the pool if you're looking for it. We stayed in the bottom level, and it was a little strange having a stairwell leading to the upper level inside, with just a locked door to separate the two. The parking situation is also less than ideal. There were never enough spots for us to park our one vehicle, so we were constantly making our own spot to park and shuffling vehicles with other guests in other units. Other than that, location is great! Close to dollywood and the parkway. Apparently they've got a trolley to dollywood, but i couldn't find any info about it in order to use it.

Cabin was quaint, we were only there to sleep spent most of our time enjoying piegon forge. No dumpster for trash, had to leave it on porch. Wife noticed cob web in corner above couch. But all in all nice place for a stay.

Spring break get away
Overall it was an amazing trip. The property owner was super kind and understanding. The location is awesome and we’ll definitely be coming back again to this location. We loved how cozy and clean it was too. The only thing we didn’t like was how loud our neighbors upstairs were. They were very disrespectful because they kept us up to 12am to 5:30am. They were up bouncing, running, and stomping which is very rude considering that we are right below them. Which that is not the owners fault it was our lucky end of the stick. So 10/10 recommend

There was a leek on the porch that dripped all over the place In front of the door from above and made it very slippery! Also we found food wrapper on the floor In corner by the door. Spider web I’m same corner on ceiling. Other than that is was a nice stay

Smaller than we expected but managed to fit all 6 of us. My only complaint was parking. The bushes are overgrown so we struggled to fit our vehicle in the parking space.

Not the place for relaxing !!
1. Balcony over looks a very busy 3 lane road ,very load! 2. You hear EVERY thing upstairs! Especially when there's inconsiderate guests staying there !! 3. No stove ,yes a gas pit outside but I don't think it has ever been cleaned, was scared to use it ,didn't want a fire. 4. If you want to watch TV you have to rearrange the furniture , Area in front of TV and fireplace is very small so The couch is pushed up against the wall,Whatever you do don't sit in the middle of the couch it will swallow you. 5. Air conditioned sucks!! Thank goodness it was nice outside ( just very noicey) 6. Our only parking spot at the cabin had an overgrown Hollybush that we had to struggle with getting in-and-out of your car, ouch!!!

Good enough
No severe issues overall, just nuisances potentially unrelated to property owner. People above us we’re extremely loud at inconvenient times when noise was supposed to be limited (10pm-1200pm and 5am-8am). Listing also says no pets, so we boarded our pet for the duration that we would be gone. That being said, there were 3-4 people in the accompanying property’s with dogs barking, and being loud. This is especially frustrating, considering we love hiking with our dog. Shower temperature handle was broken and difficult to maneuver at times, and the couch was UNBELIEVABLY uncomfortable, and worn out. Aside from these minor concerns, everything was nice. Easy enough check in, and appropriate lodging for people just needing somewhere to rest during your trip. Don’t recommend if you don’t plan on leaving the cabin and exploring the surrounding sights during your stay.

This place was great especially if you are there to go to Dollywood. Very close to it. Very family oriented. The property was pretty much quiet didn’t witness any partying or anything like that. We were downstairs in the unit above us was fine it was a family but you could hear them walking and talking it didn’t bother me but it may someone else so just FYI

Perfect Location for our Family of 3
This lower unit was the perfect size for our family of 3. Our son loved the bunk bed and our bed was very comfortable. Everything inside was clean and instructions for everything were very clear and easy. The location couldn't be more perfect for the activities we were there for. Took the trolley in to Dollywood, which was great having the stop right out front. We spent a good amount of time in Gatlinburg too, which was an easy 15min scenic drive. Our days were filled with activities so we really were only at the cabin in the evenings to sleep, but it was comforting knowing we were coming back to a clean and cozy cabin. Very friendly and helpful owners as well!

Great property!
This was a perfect location for our short stay in Pigeon Forge. It was a short drive to all the sites we wanted to see. There were beds for all three kids, plus a pack and play for our 3 month old. The Queen size bed was sooo comfortable!

Perfect for a small family! Great location!
Cabin was cozy and well stocked. Beds were comfortable and in a great location. Pool and hot tub was a nice bonus, too! Check in was super easy and there’s a nice back-up plan for any checkin issues. We could hear the people above us briefly and was not enough to impact our stay. We had a wonderful visit!
