“There was no stay. After paying up-front for the room and I phoned in the afternoon to say I was at a dining function and I would be late. When I arrived at 11:30PM the guard refused me entry and said that they were full. So I give this a rotten service and demand my money back. These people are thieves and I wish to lay a complain with the police. Do not think of even staying here!”

“We had an amazing time. We only slept there as we were visiting family in Bendor. We didn’t even switch on the TV. The beds are comfortable. The service was excellent in the 5 days we stayed there. The gardens are looking a little sad and the pools are green - I do understand that there is a water issue in the area. ”

“When I called the hotel to confirm my booking I was informed that I don't have booking confirmation with the hotel. They told me that they don't have a relationship with hotels.com and they have tried to cancel the program but without success. Kindly address the problem because people will be left stranded if they book this establishment. The owner must communicate with Hotels.com to ensure that they remain or remove themselves from the system. If I did not call I would have been stranded. This……
