“Hotel is centrally located, and staff were helpful and kind. The mattress was visibly old, with one side being lower than the other. There was no fridge or minibar in the room (it was unplugged), but they refrigerated my meds for me. Great location for exploring Braga! Several nearby restaurants and sites of interest. ”

“All well but the wifi is not free”

“We crashed at the Pousada Mosteiro de Guimaraes mid-afternoon after a morning exploring Guimaraes. We were almost at the end of our two-plus week trek. We were ready for down time. We spent a lovely afternoon walking the grounds, swimming in the beautiful pool [allowed though the pool wasn't yet officially open], having drinks on the terrace, and having dinner in the hotel restaurant. It was a delight.”

“A top Bom Jesus do Monte. Very quiet at night and very limited dining options without driving. If you are looking for active nightlife, this is not the hotel for you. We had a suite and loved the room. ”

“This hotel does was it says on the tin. It is definitely a 3 star and I miss the tea/coffee facilities in the room! There are no spare plug sockets to charge electrical items. We were lucky and got given a room on the 4th floor which had a balcony. This hotel is very close to the old part of Braga and so extremely convenient. Breakfast is basic and choice is limited but it is fine to start the day. Parking is very limited however there is a public car park close by and relatively cheap.”

“Très bien situé, en plein cœur de Braga (j’avais vu dans les commentaires très calme, nous avons personnellement eu pas mal de musique de l’extérieur jusqu’à 22h). Nous avons pu avoir l’appartement plus tôt que prévu. La literie est très agréable (même le canapé lit est très confortable). Par contre le numéro indiqué sur le site n’est pas le numéro à appeler pour le Check in (numéro à côté de la porte d’entrée). ”

“We had booked Hotel do Lago but were transferred to Hotel do Parque which I understand is an upgrade. The area both hotels were located in is very interesting being in an area of Christian pilgrimage. The grounds make for an interesting and tranquil walk that was worth about half a day. The only real drawback is that there is only one restaraunt in the area and it doesn't open until 12:30 and closes after lunch until 19:30 which is a little late for us. The food was good however and the price……
