"My wife & i spent one night during the carnival period. The place was clean, located near all the carnival activities and did not cost as much as the other nearby legacy hotels. However, it could do with a little upgrading & modernizing as it had a 1980's feel. "This was absolutely THE WORST accommodation I have ever booked via Expedia. Immediately upon arrival it became very clear that the information included on the booking page and the actual lodging arrangements were STRIKINGLY different. The room was dirty and infested with spiders and mosquitos. We sprayed our room down with bug repellent each night, including the actual beds. "The hosts were very warm and accommodating. You will need transportation to get to and from the location. If renting a vehicle, a smaller car is best to fit into the parking soace at the residence. If the vehicle is larger they can still accommodate, but comoact cars are better. They also provide safe private transportation for guests especially if a guest wants to sightsee.
