During our vacation in Thailand, we stayed in multiple hotels. Our favorite room was at the Sri Panwa. The bed and staff were amazing. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable, but the hotel's jungle location meant we had to deal with mosquitoes. Bug repellent is recommended. The hotel is a little dated.

First I would like to say thank you to Aoy at Baba Pool club breakfast restaurant with her perfect service. She was absolutely amazing and kind. Her service was beyond and made our Phuket trip at Sri Panwa memorable. She took care of us and delivered perfect services. The room was absolutely stunning and the atmosphere was beautiful. I would have give Sri Panwa 10 stars if I could. It was our first time staying at Sri Panwa and we are looking forward to our next visit. Thank you to everyone who assisted us throughout our stay from Baba Nest, Baba Soul cafe, front desk, hotel’s Tuk Tuk service, Valet, all restaurant, hotel’s bars, and housekeeping. Very impressed by the staff there. They were very attentive. I was pregnant during my stay there. At one point other guests started smoking a cigar in the rooftop bar, before I even noticed the smell, the staff offered to move us to another (better) table to avoid the smoke. I also tripped and scraped my knee, the nearby staff arranged first aid for me right away and they came to assist me within just a couple of minutes and was very professional with the wound care.
