Inside, you'll find an open and stylish layout with contemporary furnishings and updated amenities. Prepare everyone's favorite recipes in the well-equipped, island kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and then dine together at the adjacent table or outside on the furnished patio. The front living area features a comfortable sectional and a large TV for streaming your favorite channels. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 125 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Graduation vacation
Great location for us, very clean, great kitchen and amenities. The only downside was the sheets and bed were loud because if cheap right sheets; otherwise, we had everything we needed and had a great time there with family.

Great little spot.
The 3 rooms + bunks worked out great for us. Having a pool and jacuzzi was nice. The house felt modern and clean. We would stay here again.

Great, Well Maintained Property in a Desirable Spot
Amazing space whether you're a home body or on the go. We attended a wedding for my sister and this was the perfect place away from the crowds of downtown Chandler, but still close enough to participate in the goings on. Also a great place to relax after the festivities. The backyard is a great oasis.

Beautiful Property
House is beautiful and has many well thought out details. We were 2 families with a baby and 7 year old as well as our cousins family that se for the day with a 3 and 8 year old that were local. We specifically selected the property because of the kid-friendly amenities- gameroom, pool, hot tub, and putting green. The gameroom golf and pool were a hit but unfortunately we discovered the hot tub was not working due to faulty wiring. We had some issues with safely getting electricity off, but the property management company did a nice job of communicating with us and ensuring we were compensated for the issues. We got better quality of communication on Monday vs Saturday/Sunday, but they were able to send out someone to maintain it on a Sunday. Assuming that issue is now resolved we would stay at this property again! We enjoyed spending time with family and watching the kiddos enjoy playing together.

Would definitely stay here again. House was clean. Area was fun and safe, lots of good eateries within close distance. Been to a few VRBO’s in AZ and this was the favorite thus far.

Memorial Day weekend.
This house was everything that was described. Sometimes places don't live up to the photos and the description but this place sure did. We frequent this area because of family living in the area. We have stayed at vrbo's over the last 10 years. My family all agreed, that this was their favorite thus far. We were all very happy with the house.

So private and quiet
It was so private and quiet there, it really felt like we were in our own little world there. Beautiful yar and pool, private, and it was absolutely amazing.

Backyard Oasis, but TERRIBLE management company
The house is beautiful and was exactly as presented in photos. The kitchen is well stocked. We had lots of fun in the game room. The backyard was wonderful, but we did have to pay an additional $85 a day, plus tax to heat the pool. They required the heating fee for the entire stay even the arrival and departure days. The bunk room is right off the kitchen with no door or sound barrier. The biggest problem we encountered was interacting with the management company, Vacasa. They informed us on the day of our checkin, that the dishwasher was “being repaired/replaced”. I asked if it would be functional during our 5 night stay and the response was YES. Over the next 5 days there were texts and phone calls all resulting in lots of lies and NO RESULTS. I spent far more time hand washing dishes on my vacation than I had planned. When I asked about compensation for the inconvenience, again-nothing. I would definitely rent this property but NOT as long as Vacasa is the manager.
