Sanctuary in the heart of Phoenix

HOA requires AT LEAST one of the guests is 55+. Only one of them needs to be 55+. As long as you send me a copy of ID showing 55+ age you are allowed to check in. If the booking guest is under 55, then booking guest's ID is also required.

Quiet, central location. Minutes to Biltmore and Arcacia, 11 minutes to Sky Harbor Airport and 6 miles to Scottsdale Old Town. It is a senior living building so learn the house rules before booking.
We believe in simplicity and comfort. King size comfortable bed, 65 inch TV and fast internet. Full kitchen. Fantastic view from the comfort of a balcony chair of vast park greens with Squaw Peak in the background.

3 night stay
The check-in directions and process are different. There is another "Devonshire Ave" not too far away, this was confusing. Following directions to Filiberto's was the first step, then the condo is close to there (across the street). A map to find the condo would have been helpful. Overall, the condo met our needs the bed was comfortable. Other reviews spot-on with cleanliness. The main room, and bedroom and kitchen seemed fine. In the bathroom, the joints of the shower around the base look like they had not been cleaned at all (ever). Areas less easy to reach were not at all clean. In the bedroom, it appeared there was dirty linen balled up and thrown on the floor. The condo met our needs for the time we were there. We pretty much were out all day and just slept there.

Get what you pay for
Property was “cleaned” by the host, not professionally about 10 mins before our checkin time. Kitchen countertops and cooktop were dirty. Old moldy coffee filter in the coffee maker. Carpets not cleaned or even vacuumed. Host really needs to step up the stocking of the kitchen. Property sleeps 4 but there is not 4 of anything. No comforter or duvet on king bed, just sheet and light blanket. Location is central but homeless in park across from entrance. Building is old and lobby, hallways and elevators smelled musty. Unit and binding is quiet. Would not stay again, pay a little more for better experience.

We were in town for just a couple days and this place was perfect for our needs. Location is great and cleanly. Check in process was easy too, even though it was different. It’s a retirement community, so keep that in mind but we had no issues and neighbored were kind. Nice view from the patio!

Weekend Visit
It was a good place for us but it could have been cleaner. Needed a deep clean, dirt behind the toilet, dirt on the sides of the cabinet, comforters had not been washed for a while, rugs in the bathroom had not been washed in a while, and a dirty hairy sponge was left in the kitchen sink. Otherwise the layout was nice, shower was nice, well appointed kitchen and living room. We might stay again if confident it was well cleaned.

This property is conveniently located close to the freeway, downtown Phoenix, and only 20 mins from Old Town Scottsdale. The property is comfortably furnished with a king size bed. The unit is appropriately priced for the area and accomodations.

A neat little place within a senior community. Comfortably fits a family of 4.
The place is good for family with at least one member of 55+ and everyone above 18. King bed + pullout queen, nice and clean. A few more wall decorations could help lightening up the room. Check in at the Mexican restaurant is fine.

Nice senior location
Condo and property were nice. The kitchen furnishings were limited. So be cautious if you plan on cooking. Whole Foods Market is within walking distance so you can eat fairly healthy without cooking.
