This house sleeps 17+ and is the closest luxury stay near Peoria Sports Complex, Spring Training, Cactus League, Westgate Entertainment District, Tennis, Pickleball, Top Golf, State Farm Arena, Barrett Jackson, Waste management, TPC, Desert Diamond Arena, and Phoenix Open. Arizona's best golf 10 miles away!! Featuring heated pool option, dedicated work space, pets welcome, darts, volleyball, kan jam, slam ball, ping pong, corn hole, badminton and privacy of a large backyard in a custom neighborhood. RV parking with large driveway.
Pet fee 50$ per day option
Pool Heat fee 75$ per day for the entire stay option

Amazing!
Everything about this property was hassle-free—quick responses to my questions and concerns. We were in Glendale for my daughter's wedding, and it was important to have day visitors, and this property was accommodating. Most are not. The pool was very refreshing, and there were plenty of games inside and out for entertainment. I highly recommend this property for families. If we visit again, we will be rebooking this property. Thank you for helping make our trip amazing!

Wonderful Final Four Stay
We loved the house and backyard games and pool! Games in garage were very popular also. Some beds were on Hollywood frames so were very low to the floor. Our teen grandsons loved the Final Four events but the house, pool and hot tub were used early morning and late evening! Thanks to Kim!

LOVED THIS PLACE!!! This property was nothing short of AMAZING, from check in to check out everything was phenomenal. The hosts were on top of everything, knowing everything that may be needed. My family and I loved this place, it has all that you need and more. Loved the little gift upon arrival, that extra touch is above and beyond. Definitely looking forward to our next stay at this gem in Glendale.

Winter get-a-way
We had 8 adults and 6 kids ages 2-8. The space was perfect. A wonderful pool with plenty of outside seating and pool toys. A fabulous slide and waterfall. There was a beautiful shaded area for ladder golf, bags (corn hole) and more. The garage had ping pong, darts, foosball and a smaller pool table. A standard size pool table was in the house. It was a wonderful space and everyone has voted to return! 😊 ☀️ Oh and the weather was perfect!

Fun and relaxing stay
We enjoyed our stay. The property had a pool heater with a jacuzzi which was a plus for my family. There is plenty to do inside and outside of the home. We played Bat Mitten, Corn Hole and Ladder toss outside in the nice backyard. Inside we played pool, ping pong, board and card games. The house is very roomy which is what we needed as a family of 13. We also appreciated the three bathrooms and five bedrooms. The house is very clean and stocked with beach towels, washer and dryer, tvs in every room, everything you need in the kitchen as well. This property will be one we hope to visit again for our next family get together

BEST HOUSE EVER!
We were celebrating our son Graduating from college with family in town! This house was amazing! We had family stay in the home with us and we had all the things we needed PLUS MORE! They even allowed us to host a little open house for our graduate and all the fun things on the property made it perfect for the event! THANKS AGAIN WE WILL BE BACK!!

Wonderful Accommodations!
I stayed at this house with seven others as we attended a teachers conference. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the games helped make it a fun retreat. Thanks for being great hosts!
