This hotel does not deserve to be a Marriott hotel. The room had terrible smell and the bed sheet had the same terrible smell. The room was old and dingy. The night shades were greasy and sticky. To add to this very nasty experience, we came back after a very long day and our room was not cleaned and/or no housekeeping was done. I was given the following explanation: Post Covid, Marriott reserves the right to right to have room housecleaned every other day. Unacceptable! This was overall a bad experience.

Great breakfast and very good coffee. It's very clean inside and the landscaping outside is really nice. Convenient location to the mall at KOP and lots of shopping options close by. Front desk staff were so nice too, always acknowledging you as you came and went. Great value hotel!

Staff was PHENOMENAL!! I feel awful I didn’t get the sweet girl’s name who was at the front desk most of the nights we were there but she was such a pleasure every time we crossed paths. She was incredibly warm and conversational. LOVED the free cookie! Lol. Wish you had some available for sale on site! The rooms and whole hotel was beautiful and clean. Best experience we’ve ever had.

We stay here often when in the Philly area. A little disappointed with the housekeeping this time around. Checked in after 6pm and there was still trash in the hallways from previous guests. The commons areas were a little rough. In their defense, there was a bus load of high school athletes, they can be messy. The room itself was fine as usual, the staff was great and addressed the garbage problem overnight. Still.

Overall a good stay. Front desk staff was very pleasant and welcoming. Some minor cosmetic deficencies in the room, but nothing of concern. Otherwise it was clean. My partner utilized the exercise room and the free breakfast wasn't bad, and had plenty of choices. Main complaint was I was on the 1st floor( but towards the back, & it wasn't noisy). Will most likely stay again.
