Thr hotel said Expedia canceled the reservation, but Expedia did not cancel the reservation. The hotel canceled it because they were overbooked and left us without a room. Staff was rude, understaffed, and under educated. Would not recommend this hotel based on this experience.

The property was clean, which is was the most important thing. Dining was difficult as I wanted to have breakfast before I left for work. After waiting a long time for a server to come and greet me, I had to go to the front desk and ask for someone. When she arrived, I was told that it would be “a while” because the cook was new, he was working by himself and there were several orders before mine in addition to the room service orders. So I did not eat there the entire week.
