"This was the perfect stay for our family. It is such a convenient location, right off the highway. It is right across the highway for the drive up pikes peak, and just a few minutes from downtown Manitou Springs. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. My 4 year old loved playing with the toys and reading the books that were there, and now croquet is a favorite game of hers. "We had a wonderful stay at your place. The coffee pot should be replaced for next guest so they don’t have to struggle with it. I sent a email with pictures of the master sink with towel under it because it was leaking water . Also sent pictures of squirrels that are using stuffing from back porch cushions to makes their nests with. Other than those items it is a very nice place to visit."

"This little place was exactly what we needed—a dog-friendly jumping off place (well-located) to spend a laid back Easter weekend. The house was clean and the host was very thoughtful—we appreciated the visitor’s guide they provided, as well as the kitchen and toiletry basics. (You never know when you’re going to forget the cooking spray—and, it seems like a silly thing, but we’ve stayed in rentals that did not provide coffee filters for their machines. I was so glad to find coffee filters.)...
